2. Service Description
4TV provides streaming application development services for various platforms including ROKU, Android TV, Samsung TV, LG TV, Fire TV, and Chromecast. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
All fees for our services are due as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by 4TV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom applications developed for clients remain the property of the respective clients as specified in individual service agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
4TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
